Our Booking & Cancellation Policy


Like many businesses, we rely on having our days happily booked and the ability to accommodate our clients needs & requirements, pricing our treatments accordingly. We understand that people need to cancel at short notice because of various legitimate reasons, but we are still have costs & wages associated with running a business. We may also have turned away other clients earlier and no have time to resell your time slot.

Up to 50% of the full appointment fee may be charged by Drift Away Massage to the client in the event that less than 24 hours notice is given of cancellation. If less than 4 hours notice is given then 100% of the appointment fee may be charged (if appointment is not rescheduled). PLEASE NOTE : We of course make exceptions if you are currently in labour or have recently given birth. We just ask that you kindly contact us in this case as soon as possible.

For all clients, late arrival could result in shortened treatment time so as not to delay our client booked after you. We are unable to hold up clients who has arrived on time so please try to be on schedule.

In the event that we need to cancel/reschedule your appointment due to staff illness etc. you will not lose any deposit or prepayment and we will endeavour to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.
